So I thought up some fun stuff.

The Ripped Pages: It was abused in DNO1, so I have a solution to bring it back. A person can only rip up to however so many pages in a Death Note, it cannot be detected in search *Like Light had his in his watch, nobody could find that.* and each page can only hold up to however so many names.

More use of the Hospital: It could be like the Mayor role, and we won't use it until we have a bunch of people, but we can have someone play the roll of a doctor. They can start in a room, with I guess 5 med kits. We can actually have a situation where someone gets hurt, and someone yells, "Is anybody a doctor?!" and someone can go, "Yes! I'm a doctor!" and it would bring more roleplay to the hospital, thus being where the doctor works.

Sickness: This idea was slightly half baked, but oh well. There could be a random chance that someone could get sick, and the chance could vary by the persons Physical strength. They could catch a cold, and they wouldn't be able to pick locks very well, their chance of hitting a target could be lowered, and they could have a message where it says, "Dimitri sneezes." or something.

Time/Weather Changes: I know we have a realm clock, but I realized that I never actually looked at it much, and I could only imagine that most others don't also. So, the brightness could change with the time. Ex: Brightest at Noon, and darkest at Midnight. It could add to the RP. And second, we could have varying weather patterns. Like rain, snow...Bla bla bla....and these weather patterns can be forcasted by STV.

We HAD a thing where the lighting would change constantly throughout the day, but to use it, K had to cover the tiles with a dim item. Doing so caused it impossible to click on anything so it was scrapped.

Sickness would be annoying, I don't like the idea of something you can instantly get randomly that will make you bad at things and have to go spend money on a cure.

The hospital is used like the mayor role, and a guy gets assigned the Head Doctor role just like the mayor when we have a lot of people, It is used JUST like you say it.

The Ripped Pages seem like a alright idea. It's been suggested over and over. You could maybe burn the pages after-wards. It'd be helpful being able to smuggle DN pages past L's searchs.

I kinda figured the sickness would be scrapped. But for the Doctors, never in my life have I seen that used xD and they don't have a set up for him either, no room with a bit of medkits like I suggested, at least not to my knowledge

There is a room right there on the hall that contains a computer allowing the head doctor to contact the entire building. The room further holds Med-kits and scrubs. ( I think )

I know about the computer, but I don't know about the medkits and the scrubs. I'll have to look into it.
