Hi I'm new to this Forum, (registered now)
I think I got banned in DNO cause of muggin, but I didn't know that mugging is forbidden. (Somehow?)
I was playing that game for the second time.

Upon every server reboot, non-host made bans are taken away, so bans for mugging are taken away after each new round, so you're free to come back now as long as you've learned your lesson.
