Unban request?

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section, but I couldn't find another one. I'm just confused and seriously don't know why I was banned. It all happened after the shinigami RP'd giving me his DN, thus making me the second Kira. The first Kira had a bitchfit and started complaining on IC-OOC channel ((The one that posts in say, but is still OOC and uses the key name.)) It was me and him going back and forth, with him claiming to be the creator's boyfriend and threatening to get me and shinigami banned. ((Don't know why, we were roleplaying..)) So he goes on MSN and tells an admin, Sorry about ur arm, that we were breaking rules. Which leads the admin to log in, insult us, and then ban us without a reason/warning other than calling us rule breakers. Now the story is going that I "refused" to give the DN back which is funny since I was afk and came back to me being banned.

I don't know why you let people like this MOD, but if we can solve this it would be wonderful. If not, then I guess that's okay too.

According to the person who asked the Admin ban you, the owner, K, said it was alright to ban you... trust me, it's extremely rare for us to ban without reason, or consent with other Admins/Owner. I apologize that you got banned, but maybe if you read through all the rules thoroughly, then we may or may not be having this problem...

...You understand that i explained what happened to K and she gave permission to ban you correct? and im not "claiming to be the creators boyfriend" i am K's boyfriend, and that wouldnt have even been mentioned if you had'nt tried to pull the "The owners my friend" card, thus your bitch fit is invalid, enjoy your day

And fate backs up my point, there is no room for argument here...
