Midnight Mansion {Roleplay}

"What the...?" Kira stepped back, and looked at the dead body on the floor. She looked around to find the source of the mysterious voice. "This..." she couldn't find the right words. "Nothing makes sense!" she yelled.

Kotaro rests his hand upon the shoulder of the girl who screamed from behind in an attempt to calm her, saying, "It's obvious what has happened, but I agree. It doesn't make sense." He surveyed the room, his glacier eyes taking in every detail, but he could not find the angle of the shot. He pushed passed the girl and knelt down, examining the body, but unable to find the angle of the shot. He stood up, sighing slightly as he says, "Well, I'm at a loss. This is indeed an unexpected turn of events." His eyes sweep the room yet again, gauging the reactions upon everyone's face.

Shiio stares at the body, before looking up, and clearing his mind..He then proceeds to Survey the room, looking for any Danger that may be lurking around. Shiio begins speaking "it appears we may be fine for the time being.....but how did this happen....it was all in under ten seconds.."

"The Midnight Mansion?" Kenji asks to himself pacing throughout the room. "Any of you know what she means? Because if this is the kind of thing that could happen every day...I don't exactly want to be staying here. And where did that man go?" Kenji says half growling and half asking. "If you ask me we should try to find him..." he says in a cold voice, as he sighs and looks at the dead one. "She was the first to go then...Let's just hope I'm not next." Kenji thought as he looked at the others.

Revan rested against a wall nearby the others, ignoring their comments he just closed his eyes and pondered over the weird shit that was happening. That body dont look too good he thought. Not that I care, Im just tired...

He then wandered over to the nearest door but instead of opening it he took one last look at the body.

"Hey you!" Kenji calls out to Revan. "Where are you going?" he shouts. "How about you stay here with us...I bet you want last a night!" Kenji yells as he laughs. "Anyway...H-How did this happen?" he says as he takes another glance at the body. "We better find shelter, if we don't want to be like that person..." he yells out to the others as he walks to a door to a room and yanks it hard open.

"This isn't the time to be joking, or straying from the group." Kira thought. She looked at Kenji. "I don't believe that she can be dead that quickly... where was she shot? And by who, it would be very difficult to put away or hide a gun that quickly..." She looked at the body. "She's not even bleeding a lot."

Enzeru looked as if he were about to cry in a corner, but that was not the case, he stared at the body through the door and looked at the people around the room, 'Any one of us could have done it, we're all posible suspects... even me...' He knew someone suspected him, but he was being a bit paranoid. He wiped the tears out of his eyes that accumulated when he was deep in thought... He then sat down on the floor, searching for posible answers...

"Why do you jump to the conclusion it was one of us, hmm?" Kira glared at Enzeru. "Seems like you're getting a little ahead of yourself." she became quiet again.

Shiio waits silently for a moment then speaks quietly "Everyone is jumping to conclusions, theres a murder, how could you expect everyone to just stay calm..". He begins to look at the Chandelier, deep in thought.

"Well, it's better than spazzing out and everybody bouncing off the walls." Kira responded. "We should all keep a level-head, and just sit here for the rest of the night. We're obviously not going anywhere in this weather." she looks out the window, as thunder booms and lightning flashes.

"You do realize staying near the corpse will just result in you being murdered? I mean, being near that persons grave means the murderer is probably watching. We should stick together!" he yells as he shuts the door and heads over towards the group. "We better find some shelter, and fast." he says as he slouches his hands in his pockets and begins to whistle a happy tune.

"Wait, what the hell are you talking about?" Kira said, looking at Kenji. "Makes no sense... Why would it matter where we are? And shelter? We're in a house."

"What I'm talking about is that this was the scene of murder, plus the murderer probably knows we're here. Staying here is not a smart idea. Also, we should find a safe and secure room to hide ourselves...Unless you want to end up like that person." Kenji says pointing down towards the body.

Kotaro lightly cuffs Kenji in the back of the head. "Baka," he says, "You think we don't know that? And don't disrespect the dead by pointing." He stretches his back, popping several vertebrae before saying, "It would be a good idea to step away from the body, though. Don't need any prints on them. Forensic scientists are picky about having a perfectly preserved specimen."

"Honestly, I wouldn't be worrying about Scientists at the moment." Kenji says grinning. "It's a life or death situation...The thrill...The excitement...You can only catch it here I guess. Though we better find a place to hide. If not one of us could be next." Kenji says gulping. "Anyone...We should look for clues. Who's with me?" he asks.

Kotaro looks sternly at Kenji, saying, "Clues? You're worried about being next, but you want to search for clues? You're not very bright, are you? If you start looking for clues, you'll be the first to go. A public declaration of it is unhealthy. Keep it to yourself, and only tell those you trust, rather than making a comment that's blunt as a dull axe."

"That's true, I may be the first to go if I leave this area, though if I do leave the murderer will no longer no where I am. Plus, if I gather enough clues then if I found out I can warn the others before it's too late. Remember...Think about others before yourself." Kenji replies grinning to Kotaro.

"Or, we can all sit here and wait until the nights up." Kira said quietly. "Though I highly doubt most of these guys would be able to pull an all nighter without falling asleep... Dangerous."

Revan kneels next to the body, examining the gunshot wound for a few seconds before standing up again and pulling out a cigarette.
"Well you guys can do what you want, I'm just gonna pick a room and catch some sleep." he said.

"Are you sure that's very safe?" Kira asked. "Actually, it doesn't matter, you can do whatever you'd like, but it's not guaranteed you'll wake up in the morning."

"At least you look on the brighter side of things," Enzeru said as he looked at Kira, with an I'm-bored-out-of-my-mind look. "I'm going to bed as well..." He says as he gets up and walks away.

"Why do you keep talking about people dying? Freakin emo..." Revan said grumpily, his mood changing due to the fact he has been without sleep for over 24 hours.
He walks out and enters what seems to be a brightly lit corridor and continues down it.

"They just see a murder and all they care about is going to bed. These guys are bright..." Kira watches as Revan and Enzaru walk away. "Do whatever you want, then. Not my fault whatever happens to you."

"Awwww... I never knew you cared." Enzeru said to Kira as he walked out the door. He was also a bit iritable as he hasn't had a lot of sleep for a while.
