Infractions - What they are

An infraction is a record attached to your profile that marks a broken rule, or other wrong that has been done. Only moderators can see infractions, and only admin (meaning myself) can give them. An infraction will be given as a consequence for breaking a rule, but as the infractions add up, further punishment will be administered. Infractions do not go away over time, and will not be removed unless under specific circumstance.

If you recieve, for example, 2 points, you'll be given the consequence for 1. If you get 4, it will be 3. If you get 8, it will be the 5 consequence, and so on.

As of April 29, each time you recieve an infraction, you lose 50 DN Points.

(1) Infraction

When (and if!) you get your first, single infraction, you'll be warned. You'll be told of the rule you broke, and not to do it again.

(3) Infraction
_____Specific Action
If you made a post that is spam, it will be deleted. If you gravedig a topic, it will be locked. A specific action will be taken, being adjusted to the offense.

(5) Infraction
_____Temp-Ban
If you reach 5 Infraction points, you will be temporarily banned from the community for a day. This is to reflect on what you have done, and you have been given another chance.

(10) Infraction

If by some chance you manage 10 Infraction points, you'll be temporarily banned, but this time for a week.

(15) Infraction
_____Permanent Ban
If you ever get 15 or more infraction points, you'll recieve a permanent ban from the community.

(20) Infraction
_____Total Erasure
If somehow the Infraction points total up to 20 or more, rather than 15, you'll get a multi-ban- that's many types. All IPs you have ever used will be banned, all your accounts will be deleted, your emails will be restricted, and if we ever suspect you've come back to the forum through the use of a proxy, the account will be banned on sight.
