A note on shinigami.

If you are chosen to be shinigami, as long as you follow these simple rules, you can do whatever the hell you want.
1. No killing unless the RP calls for it.
2. ONLY GIVE SHINIGAMI EYES TO DEATH NOTE OWNERS!
3. You can't be a rapist shinigami. Its impossible.
4. Don't randomly drop paper. This pisses me off so much. If I see ANY shinigami doing this or randomly giving out eyes, Im going on a booting spree until I catch the bastard shinigami who does this.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KILL KIRA WHEN YOU GIVE HIM EYES.
This may ruin the RP, but it's L's fault if he is killed when he doesn't have a mask on.

When you SHOULD kill Kira:
He randomly kills
He kills people with WHITE masks on.
He sucks at RP.

These may change based on the whim of the host. If no rules are set, ignore what ANYONE aside from the host says no matter what. If they aren't a GM, they can't do jack shit to you.

The standards for RP on DNO are so high for the most part, sometimes its not even fun. Of course, I myself still have my standards, which I will post another topic on later.
