Spaz Attacks-Complaint

Okay, only a few moments ago I had been playing on a server hosted by a person named Lawleit. The following witnesses to this man's actions that I know actually saw and understand what happened were: Age, Nate, and a few others whom I have forgotten. Anyway, allow me to tell you how things turned out. It all started when I got the Weapon Shop Key. I took the key intending for no one else to buy knives to cut people up, making them bleed head to toe. I know the version I was playing made it so that knives did not kill - but looking at bleeding people in the middle of a RP isn't much fun to me.

Anyway, when Lawleit searched everyone to see if anyone reloaded and he searched me, all I had were clothes and the Mafia Base Key. He told me that I was M. I then say the real reason why I took the key was because I didn't want anyone to stab anyone. So, I ran in and out of the Mafia Base. He then tells everyone to come back to line - the maximum of 17 people. He wanted everyone there. He tells me and Mello(M), the alias of another person to come into the mall. Lawleit tells me that me and Mello(M) are mafia leaders. However, I did not want that and changed my mind and became the real M. Before he said that we were both Mafia Leaders, I said I wouldn't use key. But when he said w were Mafia leaders I did not want to work with another person. I usually work alone in RP. I was typing a message similar to "Screw it, I'm not working with him.", but he left the mall before I pressed enter. But I ignored that fact and ran to the Mafia Base where I stayed.

I went in and out of the base to buy certain things such as clothes and maybe a notebook or two. When I wouldn't let Mello(M) in Lawleit told me to let him in. I said I do not need help. He then says Mello(M) is under my full control and can help me. However, I deny the offer in having him work for me seeing how I do not want to work with others at this point. He then says "We don't need you either" or somewhere along that line. I responded calmly and used facts. He threatened to ban me, (which he ended up doing along with Nate) for speaking so smartly and such. I said, "If you don't need me, why even tell me that I'm M?"

Remember, these are not the exact words but very close to it. At the beginning of the game I told him I would not use the key. However, when he told me I would have to open the door for Mello(M) I decided I would be M and work alone. Why? Because I did not want to be Mello(M)'s servant or "assistant" as you would. So, I decided I would be M. I was the one with the Weapon Shop Key. But later in the game after I said I didn't need any help or perhaps shortly after that moment, I was told by Lawleit that I had broken my word. What word? I said a few words in a sentence saying I wouldn't use the key. But I changed my mind when he told me to open and close the door. I did not swear, promise, or pinky-swear for that matter.

Several moments after that, he said that he would ban me for being such a smart-ass-talking person, (or perhaps it was smart-mouth). Age defended me by saying that's not a good reason to ban, but I told Age it was okay. It would just show what kind of host Lawleit really was. Anyway - back to the subject. He continued spazzing when I continued speaking back - I was only defending myself. Nate also helped Lawleit calm down, but that didn't really help stop Lawleit's anger. I can not remember what Nate did, it was somewhere along the lines of how bad the server was or what not. (Nate, you'll have to fill that part in - sorry my memory isn't very good right now).

Lawleit then goes on about how me and Nate are ruining the RP. There wasn't much to RP about seeing how Mello(W Mello) could not steal money from the empty Sakura TV Station and could not search for the power Kira has. No, the killings had just started and L had yet to announce himself. Me, Nate, and Lawleit were speaking in OOC, not IC. If we were ruinign the RP, we would have said such things in IC, but we didn't. We spoke in OOC as we argued with the angered host.

Soon after the part where he accused me and Nate of ruining the RP, he went on about how the mafia leader should be RPing asleep in the Wammy House or Mafia Base. However, I was resting in the Mafia Base but at the same time I was speaking in out of character along with Nate. (Wasn't paying too much attention to Nate).

(Age, Nate, if you would like to speak your part in the complaint please do so. This is all I can remember after I got banned for supposedly being annoying to the host.)

I remember this ordeal, became quite a fuss in the round didn't it? Though I can't say for sure I understood the problem completely at the time, I did wonder why Lawliet was making such a huge deal over the use of the key...after all, he had originally dubbed you as M, and since he then changed his mind, that should allow you to do so as well (as I think it's safe to say, W would not have gone on a knife killing RK spree.) I was present when the argument in the mafia base happened, and he did indeed say that you weren't needed, which I felt a tad...harsh, but I suppose letting Mello(M) in wouldn't have hurt either. But that's your choice.
Lawliet was a tad harsh, especially with Nate who, for all I could see, had done pretty much sod-all warranting a ban.

If I was mello... Or the guy who was suppose to be your prodeje Id rat you out Icly. Cause its not fun to hog a Role that can be a group role to yourself such as the mafia T_T But Lawliet didnt have a good reason to ban only anger

I wasn't recruiting yet. Mello didn't come into the series that early.

Oh well that seemed pretty unreasonable

Of course it was unreasonable. It banned only because of anger. I don't understand why I have the gift of getting people so angry like that.
