Guide to this game (Point, reason, RP)

Ok alot of people would log on and go "How do I play this?!" Or "Whats the point of this game?" Well It's a bit different from Mitadake high if you are used to played that game.
For starters the entire game will take place in an open Spaced Tokyo, with streets, houses, and even a school, It is an RP game but you start out completly obliviouse as to Kira, L, N, etc until they are introduced/explained through the rp. You spawn in a room of the hotel north of Tokyo, leaving this area you will see a parking lot rode, go right and up and you will find the wammy house. keep going down and take the first right will get you to sakura tv and the gym, which allows you to incraese your fitness level and sakrua tv allows you to brodcast, going down further and taking a right will be a giant screen in which an L or an N will show whenever they announce, going further right takes you into the main area of the city, including w L building, and some others.above the warehouse (that building next to the giant space of nothingness) after leaving will be a small building that is the mall,. Going up will be the Lottery man where you can buy a ticket for money and mabye win money and matsuda,He gives you money in a dubiously short amount of time or tediously long amount of time. To the left is where you can purchase clothing, notebooks (blank journal notebooks that you can change the shape and title of), cassete tapes, cell phones, and jackets. Next to the mall is the library where you can gain IQ so you can attack stronger (this sounds awkward, you would think power varies attack strength) but with IQ you will be more knowledgeable of the human body and know where to hit the enemy to make them hurt more (if that makes any sense to you, moving on!). There are also several more important buildings youll have to explore yourself. Ok, roles of the game, initially there are several important roles, those are;

Kira-Kira is a very important role, you become Kira if you are in ownership of the death note, and possession is a difference from ownership (although this is only shown through the magic of Role playing) as Kira you have the responsibility of killing Criminals, and anyone standing in your way of your goal:Killing L.

Shinigami-(It doesn't matter if it was an accident, boredom, etc, you dropped it) The shinigami follows the human to originally obtain the death note, meaning they do not follow second kiras, they can give the eye deal, and simply a spectator of the cat and mouse game, a true story to tell for ages.

L-L is a powerful role, the worlds smartest detective with a crew (handpicked by L) As L, you have the duty of catching Kira, and any other criminals along the way, including any second Kiras, 3rds, 4ths, etc.

N-Only introduced after L dies, N has the responsibility of continuing what L couldn't finish, you basically are the second Coming of L, except you have the powerful SPK under your command to finish the fight, the end is Near.

Sakura TV Host-You host the popular Sakura Tv, you can either go against Kira (usually resulting into death) or Be for Kira (depending on your actions you may either become a second Kira yourself, or simply be killed for you stupidity) The choice is yours.

Roles are picked nowadays as everyone lineing up beneath the hotel you spawn in, and then stepping up for a role you want. It basically follows the same format as the series, after killing a whole bunch of criminals (there are killable npcs where their real names are shown every now and then on the tv) Kira is introduced to the world, shortly after L's challenge ,from that point on it becomes a game of cat and mouse with a twist of paranoia and thrills, if L is to die, the second coming-N shows up to stop Kira. Kira can give people the death note, pieces, and they can even get the eyes (Despite the fact that many shingiamis do this, usually Kira given eyes are NOT to die after a set amount of time).

The game ends if:
L and N die, this does not apply if they are fakes or decoys.
Kira (and all the other kiras, or anyone in possession of a death note) is caught and/or killed

Main Rules:
1.Kira may kill whoever he or she want.
2.L, the police, or anyone else with the authority to jail may not arrest/Jail people without stating a reason for arrest.
3.L does not have to announce, they do not even have to have a task force.
4.All information in OOC is disregarded and otherwise invailid in the rp.
5.Only the owner of a death note is permitted to have eyes unless stated otherwise.
6.You can steal money an unlimited ammount, but must make a pause or inteval every 3 steals, or as long as it takes to prevent spam.
7.He who smelt it dealt it.
8.No Rking or Ra'ing is permited.
9.No chat speak is permitted in IC (Using faces, talking improperly, etc)
10.Unless you have made rp interaction with the death note and seeing the shinigami, you are not permitted to put into what a shinigami say into account, ergo, ignore it.
11.THe Game goes by rounds, after a round, the game will end and restart, you are not permitted to load under ANY circumstances.
12.You are allowed to talk oocly in the IC functions, under these circumstances, what you wish to say OOCLY is surrounded in parenthies (Like this) or Brackets [Or this] Or anytihng else that can surround a sentance.
13.Respect the fact if buildings, areas, or surroundings are rped to be altered (a building rply exploadses, the door is locked, etc)It ruins the illusion of Rp greatly to see someone waltz in the N buildign when it is rply top secrect or whatever the case might be.
14.You can do anything with your RP so long as it doesn't break any rules.

Definitions you need to know:
1.Rking=The act of killing someone without a purpose, reason, or guideline to the rp.
2.Ra'ing= The act of attacking someone without a purpose, reason, or guideline to the rp.
3.Round: The lenght of time between the start of a rp and end of an rp.
4.Rp=Roleplay, and what about 75% (or more) of this game is comprised of. It is the act of pretending, acting, and using your imagination to create situations and what knot. Roleplay is the greatast weapon and asset on this game.
5.Loader=Someone who goes agaisnt the "No Loading" Rule, Bootable, or if neccsiary, banable offense.

Extra Rules:
1.The shinigami may not help kira get names, give kira the shingami eyes first thing into the game, it is mentioned and may be given 30 minutes (or an hour depending on host) into the game, The shinigami may not kill anyone for Kira, depending on the host, the shinigami may kill for kira, on that case they must remake their character to give the rp illusion they "Died" for helping Kira.

Exceptions:
1.If there is someone ruining the role play the shinigami may with pleasure kill the nuicense.
In the event that L dies there may be a second L, differnt from N, this second L will be the new person to succeed L and assist Near.

How to use death note: Ok its really quite simple, this guide is for people being new at kira, so basically when you recieve the death note you get a death note tab, one verb is open death note, another is look at cover, another is read rules, and the last is read written, read written shows how people died. Once you open the death note at the top there is a write button and a take peice button, if you click take peice you get a peice of the death note, and when you write a mob list comes up showing everyone (includinog npcs) in the game, you have to choose who is who, so say my name is Shi Teru Yagami and my name is Lelouch, the mob list will come up, and you have to choose from the list the peroson with the "Lelouch" alias, then,you write thier real name down (spelling, spaces, and middle name counts) afterwards you can write a cause of death, the sentance will (automatically) start with "has been killed by a" so you have to say what, after you write cause of death (usally one word, like heart attack, traffic incident, stabbing) you write the cause of death by putting a comma then going into detail, leaving the cause of death blank will automaticly have them die of a heart attack, after choosing how they will die from whatever you like (this will be an emote) you may select the time, the time goes by MINUTES so if you put in 40, it will be 40 minutes, you can put 0, and the person will instanly die, or you can put 3 and have them die in 3 minutes, its great what you can do with death presetting and such, you can even do the cokcy last second "I WON!!!" but please, it is a bootable and banable offense to write shit like in a fake death note "HAHAHAH PUNKED NOOB!" you CAN make a fake death note, but serisouly, rp it out please >_>

What happens if you die: When you die you go to a giant eviorment that is inexcapable known as heaven, heaven is just a giant place for everyone to go when they die, heaven is inexcapable with some exceptions if you wish to watch the roleplay, you look exactly the same as you did when you were alive except you can no longer usethe IC chat functions (say, shout, speak soft, and whisper) as well as you cannot change your face icon or your alias. If you wish to you may ask to leave heaven to watch the roleplay as a spirit, only other spirts can see you.

There can be a second L when the first one dies occaisionally, this isn't N either, if you hear a person who you can't see, shinigami, just ignore them. I don't know if that bug was fixed or not though. And if you're a ghost/watcher, do not get a knife when you die and start RKing people, it ruins the rp and can get you banned.
