Shinigami and talking

i think i found a cure to the noobs going omg i hear shinigami and giveing kira away oocly... give the Shinigami there own chat channel and they can add people to it .. and remove people they should just get simple verbs add kick and shini chat. so basically they can contact kira find where he is oocly if hes far away talk to him through it rply so he doesnt give him away.. and a number of other things..
